Perfectly pink parfaits for Valentine's Day

My kiddos are off school for parent/teacher conferences for the remainder of the week so, naturally, at 7am this morning they were looking for a "project". Because god forbid you pour yourselves some cereal and turn on cartoons like normal kids.
Anyhoo, they get full credit for this one because it turned out super cute. And it tasted good -- which is not always the case with their projects. In fact, they made 12 little parfaits this morning and there are only two left in the fridge as I write this, at 1:13pm. Huh. No wonder they've been outside jumping on the trampoline for an hour straight.
While this isn't a "from scratch" recipe, I thought those of you with preschoolers and elementary age kids might appreciate a fun little project to do together and enjoy for dessert later. Perfectly Pink Parfaits
My kids' mistake was using vanilla pudding mix, which has a yellowish tint to it when mixed up. If we did it again, we'd use white chocolate, which is a much purer white and will take the drops of red food coloring better.
1 package frozen strawberries
1 package frozen raspberries
1 Sara Lee frozen pound cake
1 box white chocolate-flavored instant pudding
red food coloring
1 container Cool-Whip
