They're the tiniest and cutest trick-or-treaters you're going to see this Halloween. And for parents at Saint Luke?s Hospital of Kansas City, the itty-bitty costumes created and donated by March of Dimes gave them a reason to smile, and enjoy a special family moment in the NICU with their precious preemies.
 
 

 
"Families in the NICU may spend weeks or months here, and it can be an emotional time," Jennifer Hamblin Robinson, Marketing and Communications Manager for the South Central Region of March of Dimes told BabyCenter in an email. "Providing an opportunity for them to celebrate Halloween with their little ones allows them a sense of normalcy, and to celebrate their baby?s first milestones, which is what every family wants to do."
