Potty training boys and girls: Is there a difference"

In my house, potty training sometimes feels like one big deja vu, and sometimes like I don't know what I'm doing at all. I have four kids, so you think I'd be an old hand, but training has been entirely different for each kid.
After potty training my first child, (my son), I felt like I had nailed it, and was the potty training master. But my confidence evaporated during my next go-round, when my daughter was hard to train in all new ways. Now it is time to potty train my youngest children, twin girls. In general, Holden was fine with me calling the shots and just wanted to be done with the process, which was okay by me. . Since I had never potty trained a little boy before, I also debated if he should be standing while peeing. I wish I would have had the advice of Pull-Ups partner and child development expert Dr. Heather Wittenberg on hand back then! Check out her explanation about...
