Quick and dirty shamrocks for St. Paddy's Day emergencies

I try to keep the projects I share on here pretty doable. I know how it is to have little kids -- you want to do some fun, creative things with them but you really don't want to pack them up and go to the store to get stuff for one simple project.
This isn't that. This is even simpler. This is "It's 10pm and I just realized tomorrow's St. Patrick's Day and everything green that my kids own is either in the wash or just outgrown and they're going to freak out." Quick and dirty, baby. That's this project.
This is how I operate after four kids. I used to think I'd sew all their Halloween costumes, and they'd have wholesome, organic meals, and we'd start a college fund. Now I do this. Felt, green construction paper, even plain white paper colored green with a marker (though cardstock would work a little better...but don't panic. Use what you have.). And something to fasten it to your kid -- safety pin, bobby pin, hair clip or hairband.
And for you non-artsy people who can't draw a shamrock to save your life...I've got you covered:
If you can draw a heart, you can draw a shamrock. P...
