Scandal star Kerry Washington and her husband Nnamdi Asomugha have officially joined the ranks of parents with "two under two," thanks to the arrival of their new baby boy.
While the 39-year-old actress has yet to comment on the happy news, PEOPLE confirms that their son Caleb Kelechi Asomugha was born in Los Angeles at 9:56 p.m. on October 5, joining big sister Isabelle Amarachi, who turned 2 years old last May. Friends say that Kerry is "so thrilled to be a mom of two," but the star did admit to some pre-baby jitters on the Emmys red carpet back in September.
?I?m an only [child] so every time the family grows it uh? it brings up a little bit of anxiety,? she explained at the time, adding, ?But it?s fantastic. I?m really happy.?
