Second-time mom" Here's what should be on your "restocking registry"

If you've already had a baby -- or two! or three! -- you probably have a car seat, a highchair, and a crib at the ready. That's probably why a recent BabyCenter survey found that though 82 percent of first-time moms make a gift registry -- or two! or three! -- only 59 percent of moms who've already had a kid make one up.
But even if you haven't given away your gear to your neighbor or cousin, you still need things for your next baby. So instead of the "I need everything!" registry you may have made for your first baby, consider making a "restocking registry" for relatives and loved ones who want to know what gifts you'd like to receive.
Some things you may want to consider putting on it:
1. Diapers
2. Wipes
3. Skincare (lotion, sunscreen, diaper rash cream)
4. Blankets
5. Clothes
6. Bath items (towels, soap, shampoo)
7. Bottles
8. Bibs
9. Burp cloths
10. Anything that wasn't around the last time you had a baby: check out new kinds of baby carriers, bassinets, breastpumps, bouncy chairs, play yards, etc.
The great thing about a restocking registry is that you're more likely to get the things you put on it -- though first-time moms usually register for everything they need including expensive items like strollers, car seats, and cribs, they usually receive inexpensive items like lotion, diapers, blankets, and clothes, BabyCenter's research found.
