Sofia Vergara is being sued by her own frozen embryos

In the celebrity world, lawsuits brought by former nannies and business partners aren't unheard of, but being sued by your own frozen embryos"
That's reportedly the situation Sofia Vergara finds herself in, as she and ex-fiance Nick Loeb continue to battle over what is to become of the two female embryos they created in 2013.
According to the New York Post, a right-to-live lawsuit has been filed on behalf of the fertilized eggs, which have been given the names Emma and Isabella. Louisiana court documents list the eggs as plaintiffs.
The lawsuit contends "that Emma and Isabella, by not being born, have been deprived of an inheritance from a trust that has been created for them in Louisiana." It is requested the embryos be given to Nick, so that he can have the girls brought into the world via surrogate. Thanks to the trust, they would be financially provided for for everything from health care to education.
In 2015 Nick wrote he feared Sophia would leave the embryos "sitting in a freezer until the end of time" which, from his view, would be "tantamount to killing them."
Additionally, he asked:
"A woman is entitled to bring a pregnancy to term even if the man objects. Shouldn?t a man who is willing to take on all parental responsibilities be similarly entitled to bring his embryos to term even if the woman objects""
Though I can only imagine how difficult it is to be in Sophia's shoes,...
