Found this at my OB appointment today. from BabyBumps

Though it appears this is a printout of an email funny and not an original work, the mom jokes still have many in stitches (the laughing kind, to be clear, not the episiotomy doozies).
You'd think this Q&A list would be all in jest, but one fellow Reddit user got the same kind of answer on a genuine quest for information.
KraPoLaaDanny shared, "I was recently looking to see if there are tips to reduce high amniotic fluid, and one of the completely serious but hilarious tips was childbirth. 'Delivering the baby will reduce amniotic fluid' facepalm." Isn't it miraculous how delivering the baby clears up so many pregnancy woes"!

If there were additional notes to be added to the OB's sign, I always get a kick out of this Captain Obvious line...

A: A lot more than it did going in.
Snort. Pregnancy can be tough and tremendously stressful at times, sure is nice to have a laugh or two along the way.
