Target's clever redesign will make you love it even more

It's no secret parents have a serious love affair with Target. But those of us with children will soon adore this magical department store on a whole new level.
That's because Target has announced plans for a massive redesign that will make shopping easier, especially for families. In addition to changes to the overall look and feel of the store, the redesign will feature two distinct entrances. One is your typical department store entrance, where you'll find displays of "exclusive brands and inspiring seasonal moments." However, for guests who are in more of a time crunch (aka parents,) a second entrance will offer quick access to grocery items, a wine and beer shop, self-checkout lanes and an order pickup counter.
Outside this second entrance will be dedicated parking spaces, where Target workers will bring out online orders directly to your car. Which means you don't have to drag a van-full of screaming children into the store, folks. Hallelujah!
Another cool feature on the horizon: Target workers will be equipped with new technology that allows them to take payment from a mobile POS system, search inventory, and arrange delivery from right there on the sales floor. This will be available in all Target stores beginning in fall 2017.
