The easiest side dish you've never made (recipe)

If you are throwing anything on the grill this weekend, here is your side dish. It's delicious. It's nutritious. It's ridiculously easy.
And here's the best part...two of my three kids inhaled it. (The younger one is hopeless right now. The only vegetable he'll touch is carrots.)
All you need are a few sweet potatoes. Clean 'em off and don't worry about peeling them. Slice them thin, about 1/4". Toss the slices in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then throw everything on the grill and cook 'em up. When they're softened and have nice grill marks, toss them in honey and serve immediately.
They are so good.

Honey-Grilled Sweet Potatoes
2 pounds sweet potatoes, washed (not peeled, unless you prefer)
3-4 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
2-3 tablespoons honey
Heat grill to medium.
Slice potatoes lengthwise, or on a diagonal, into 1/4 inch-thick pieces. Coat the sweet potato slices with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Once the grill is hot, lay the sweet potato pieces down onto the grill grates. Cover the grill and cook until each side gets some grill marks, between 3-6 minutes for each side, depending on how hot your grill is.
