St. Patrick's Day always sneaks up on me because it typically falls over our spring break. Sometimes we're traveling, sometimes we're not, but it's always a total shock when the kids are like WHAT ARE WE MAKING FOR THE LEPRECHAUNS""
Never fear, I'm here to save the day. And, in a strange twist of events, I'm actually early.

I've got lots of sweet treats here, because that's what I'm best at. But there are two savory and healthy options too, and they might be our favorites. I make the green mac 'n cheese every single year (it takes its color from broccoli!) and it's so stinkin' good.
