This gender reveal with a live alligator is next-level extra

Just when I thought I'd seen it all, an expecting couple from Louisiana has taken the concept of a gender reveal party to an entirely new level.
Nope, they didn't use a cake. And there were no targets with exploding pink or blue powder. There weren't even any balloons or confetti.
Instead, the parents-to-be enlisted the help of a 60-year-old alligator named Sally. Yes, for real.
In a video posted on Facebook by the baby's grandmother, Melody Kliebert, friends and family are gathered around an alligator. Dad-to-be Mike Kliebert is front and center with the beast, and mom-to-be Rebecca Miller isn't too far away, either. That's probably because Kliebert -- known as ?T-Mike, the Gator King? -- is an alligator wrangler, trainer and tour guide by profession at the Kliebert?s Turtle and Alligator Farm in Hammond, Louisiana. After a couple of attempts, Kliebert was able to successfully place a ball-like object -- which was actually a hallowed-out watermelon, according to WGNO -- into the gator's mouth. Its powerful jaw clamped down, sending pieces of colored gelatin flying everywhere. Watch the video, below, to see if the gelatin was blue or pink. (And if the expecting father pulls off the stunt unscathed.)
It's a .... boy! Judging by the eruption of cheers, friends and family loved the show. And the world seems to agree. Because Melody Kliebert's Facebook video has managed to go viral in just three days.
