THIS is what I got out of Hilaria Baldwin's yoga class

I lied there, with my back growing heavy on the hard floor underneath my yoga mat. Above me, a ceiling fan spun around, and around, its light glowing faintly in the dimly-illuminated studio. Around me, my fellow yogis breathed, occasionally coughed.
Following an intense yoga workout led by celebrity teacher Hilaria Baldwin, I'd eagerly climbed into my mind, looking for the rest my body so desperately needed, and now resided there, my brain curled up around me like a warm blanket. After several moments in shavasana, Hilaria, whose demanding class easily answers the question: "How does she manage to look so fit after three kids"" cued us to bat our eyelids open.
She asked us to notice what was happening around us. I focused on the fan, which continued to spin around, and around.
What Hilaria said next, in a voice so soothing, I felt transported to a trance-like state, will stick with me, probably forever. She explained how even as we were noticing the things going on around our mats, we should remember, they had nothing to do with us. Nothing to do with the strong senses of self we'd cultivated during our grueling, hour-long practice.
It was all "noise."
I let these powerful words sink in. Even though I work daily on not letting "noise" disturb me, and what I'm trying to accomplish in life, admittedly, it's far too easy to allow things that have nothing to do with me, disrupt m...
