Unlike Angelina Jolie, I cry in front of my kids

It was curiosity that made me read Angelina Jolie's new Vanity Fair interview, the one where she "breaks her silence" on her split from Brad Pitt.
The interview contains some of the usual tidbits about her films and gives a glimpse into how she spends her time off-set now that she's a single mom: Floating through her family's new home in a white caftan, trying to keep the wet dog off of the couch, taking cooking classes at the request of her six children - Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 9 - who she calls "very strong-minded, thoughtful, worldly individuals."
In the end, she doesn't say much about Brad, just that things between them grew "difficult." While the interviewer notes that there seems to be "anger and pain right there below the surface" when Angelina speaks of the divorce, she doesn't dwell on it. In fact, she reveals that she hides it even from the kids. "I was very worried about my mother, growing up - a lot. I do not want my children to be worried about me. I think it?s very important to cry in the shower and not in front of them. They need to know that everything?s going to be all right even when you?re not sure it is.?
When I got to that part I stopped for a moment. I think it?s very important to cry in the shower and not in front of them.
Angelia Jolie and I part ways on that philosophy, because I cry in front of my two children ...
