If you live in France, you'll get the advantage of perineal re-education, essentially pelvic floor therapy for every postpartum woman.
I'll say it right now -- I think every woman who has given birth should have the benefit of pelvic floor physical therapy. No, it is not normal after having kids to pee a little when you sneeze. The right exercises can strengthen your body and prevent that from happening. (Thank God.)
