What Trumpcare could mean for special-needs kids terrifies me

On May 4th the House of Representatives passed The American Health Care Act. The bill, which has been termed ?Trumpcare,? passed by an incredibly small margin: 217 to 213.
Trumpcare, which has set out to replace The Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, would defund Planned Parenthood, cut the Medicaid program by $880 billion over the next 10 years, and dramatically widen the term ?pre-existing condition.?
Now, to be included as a ?pre-existing conditions? are women who have had to undergo a cesarean section, individuals with a history of mental health illness (including postpartum depression), and children with special needs.

Me and my son, Daniel, who is 6 years old and happens to have Down syndrome. One of the first programs on the chopping block for Medicaid cuts is the funding that goes to help children in public schools receive therapies and other services.
This is absolutely terrifying and just cannot happen.
