Why potty training is easier with the third kid

Do you know what's really fun" Potty training your third kid while your other children are home on summer break. Really, it's so fun everyone should try it.

My precious chubby little 2-year-old was showing signs of potty training readiness for a good two months, but I pretended to ignore it for as long as possible. I wasn't ready and our busy and fun summer lifestyle didn't allow for it. But when I saw one solid, empty seven-day block in our calendar, I knew it was time.
I set out the mini potties, dug around for the half-eaten bag of Easter jelly beans, stocked up on Minnie Mouse underwear, and set the date on the calendar. Come hell or high water I was going to potty train our third! I complained about it to all my friends. I packed lunches ahead of time. I made sure all the laundry was done and I rolled up the carpets. I was ready.
Here's what I did not know or understand.
Third kids will be true to their "easy" reputation. Every. Single. Time. My little soldier fell right in line, using the potty and keeping her undies dry. I didn't realize the impact that watching her big brother and sister using the bathroom for two years would have on her. She wanted to be big like them and she was ready to make it happen by will alone.
