A kind-hearted woman is showing us what a positive air travel story looks like, after she went out of her way to help a complete stranger.
Mom of two, Kesha Bernard, was embarking on a kid-free vacation from Seattle to Denver on July 29. Yet somehow, she still ended up with a sleeping child on her lap. She described how this came to be in a now-viral Facebook post that has already touched hearts across the globe.

Bernard was on a packed flight.  Passengers were seated and waiting for a weight distribution problem to be resolved, when it happened: A baby started crying near the back of the plane. Then, a toddler began melting down, too. Both tiny humans belonged to the same woman, who also had a third child with her. Obviously, this mother was having a rough time. But not a single person around her offered to help. Instead, as Bernard vividly detailed, fellow passengers gave the mom dirty looks, berated her parenting skills and not-so-silently judged her. A flight attendant standing nearby did nothing. One woman even grabbed the toddler's leg when she wouldn't stop kicking her seat.
"You guys....this is a full plane....and I sat here for 15 mins waiting on someone closer to this woman to offer her help...because I'm surrounded by caring adults, right" (Wrong)," Bernard wrote.
