You'll never judge how babies are fed again after seeing this

Australia-based midwife Jade Philp of Infinite Wonders Photography didn't realize how much judgment surrounded baby-feeding choices until she became a mom herself.
"It was amazing to see," she told BabyCenter in an email, adding, "And I did breastfeed. My best friend formula fed from day 3, and she is also a midwife so I really got to see both ends of the spectrum."
In an effort to destigmatize both breast and bottle-feeding, Jade has captured a lovely, almost-ethereal image of eight moms feeding their babies, in a sublime outdoor setting.
She hopes the intimate photograph of both breast- and bottle-feeders will "get women to understand that there is always a story behind each family, so to be mindful not to place judgment on anyone before you know why they have come to make that choice." It's a message I hold dear, as a mom who formula-fed three babies, and has been at the receiving end of judgment all along. I've heard it all, from a random neighbor saying, "you should have talked to me before you gave up," to "why didn't you at least try to breastfeed""
