Getting ready for your baby is no joke. Each trimester brings its own challenges and before you know it, it?s time to get your home ready for your newborn. Take a deep breath and follow this week-by-week checklist and you'll get everything done just in time.
Weeks 31?33

Wash and organize baby clothes by size (Hint: Don?t remove all the tags, especially on smaller items so you can return them.)
Order and shop for final nursery items
Finish decorating nursery
Clean out and organize all your closets, purging junk as you go
Donate or sell items online
Call around to pediatrician offices to ask about their practice and insurance policies
Plan newborn photo session and book photographer
Take your hospital tour
Finalize your birth plan Take your pets to the vet and a find a caregiver for them while you will be in the hospital
Finish your baby registry
Collect menus from your favorite restaurants around town and circle your favorite items for easy dinner ordering
Visit your dentist and optometrist 

Weeks 34-35

Wash and sterilize bottles and pacifiers
Choose your pediatrician
Finish nursery (for real this time)
Buy nightlights and place them around your home
Get your hair cut
Choose a breast pump and prep it for use (get batteries, sterilize parts, etc.)
Choose a formula in case you need to supplement
Pre-register at the hospital or birthing center
Purchase recovery supplies (pads, witch hazel, DIY ice packs)
