This may just be the closest thing to real vino?minus the buzz. During the traditional winemaking process, roughly 25 percent of the grapes used (mostly skins and seeds) are tossed as waste. Israel?s Galil Mountain Winery developed a process that captures the taste, aroma, colour and antioxidants hidden inside used wine-grape skins and seeds to create ?wine? that is free of alcohol.
