Leonora Bamford and Nanny Anita ramp up the excitement with their cracking Christmas craft creations and delicious festive recipe.
Although we have never had a Christmas quite like this one, I want to try and keep things as festive and happy as I possibly can.  It?s so hard for the children not to notice our worries and I can see that it?s definitely having a knock-on effect on the children.  I am always a huge believer in pulling on a warm coat and getting outdoors, but I also think there is a lot to be said for cosying up by the fire.
Last weekend, I made up this super treat, a hot chocolate board with every naughty treat known to man, all on one tray.  I then made hot chocolates for everyone with lashings of cream and let everyone to choose treats to have them with. An indulgent and delicious hot chocolate.
At this time of year, I always take the children to a great local pantomime.  It will be a first for me not taking them to one, but I am so pleased to see that www.pantonline.co.uk will be streaming one of my favourites, Jack and the Beanstalk from the 4th December, promising lots of boos, cheers, ?he?s behind you?s, and sing-a-long songs.
As always, Nanny Anita has been keeping us busy with lots of wonderful Christmas crafts and this year we have really enjoyed making Craft Stick and White Clay Decorations.
