Remember flipping through the pages of Where’s Waldo" as a kid and trying to find that tiny, lanky man with the thick-framed glasses, striped shirt and goofy hat" It could be kind of frustrating, but was always super fun. Now imagine trying to find Waldo in real life.
Kids at Memorial Children?s Hospital in South Bend, Indiana don’t have to imagine it, because a man named Jason Haney already made it happen?just for them.
Jason is a construction worker whose work site is at the hospital. To cheer up the hospital’s youngest patients, he thought it would be great to play a fun game of Where’s Waldo IRL. With the help of his daughter, Jason created an 8-foot-tall cut-out of Waldo which he hides in various areas of the construction site every day. Once the kids have found Waldo, he’ll switch it up. Jason even created a Facebook page where the kids can post pictures of where they found good ol’ Wally. While sometimes it’s easy to spot the cut-out…
