Kate Middleton debuts baby bump despite still suffering from extreme morning sickness

We have a royal baby bump debut! Yesterday (October 10), The Duchess of Cambridge returned to royal duties after taking six weeks off to recover from hyperemesis gravidarum. Along with Princes William and Harry, Kate attended a reception at Buckingham Palace to mark World Mental Health Day.
Dressed in a baby blue lace dress by Temperley London, Kate had the tiniest of baby bumps on display as she chatted with guests. Though Kate looked gorgeous, an aide revealed to the Daily Mail that the Duchess is still suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, but her condition is slowly improving. It’s quite incredible that Kate managed to still attend the event while feeling unwell. Extreme morning sickness is just awful and some women can throw up 20 to 30 times a day! Kate seems to be somewhat on the mend, which we are so glad to hear.
On September 4, the royal couple had to announce they were expecting their third child after Kate had to cancel an event due to her morning sickness. Since then, Kate hasn’t been seen in public and, sadly, she had to miss taking Prince George to his first day of school.

The palace usually makes another announcement once the Duchess hits the 12-week mark, telling the world when we can expect the royal baby to arrive. Don’t get too excited?they won’t reveal an exact due date, just a vague “spring arrival.” That means those speculating that is Kate wearin...
