On The Buses: North London Collegiate School
Being a ?coach pal?, chatting about last night?s homework and the netball squad trials, means it?s all go for the girls on the North London Collegiate School Coach
One of the best things about taking the coach to school is having time before class to catch-up. There?s always lots to talk about.
As best friends we have sat together for the past few years. In some ways we probably became as close as we have because of the extra time we spend together travelling to and from school.

Each girl on Route 10, in the morning, has their own preferred row to sit in; Year Five girls and the Receptions are at the front, behind the driver, the senior girls halfway down the coach, we Year Six girls sit just behind them and the Year Nine girls sit at the back on the second last row. Luckily the coach stop is not far from any of our houses, so normally we all get on the coach at around the same time and share an umbrella if someone has remembered to bring one.
For the youngest in reception, their coach pal will sit with them until they are confident enough to sit with their classmates
We always look forward to meeting our friends in the morning as we always have so much to tell them. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes and time always flies by. Apart from the odd occasion when the weather is terrible and the driver has to take different routes to avoid mini floods on the roads.
