Group Lemur Inc. has recalled their Cars Lightning McQueen 2-piece pyjama set after receiving a report of a child whose neck got stuck inside the garment. The products with the following UPC numbers are affected:

628221449004
628221448991
628221448984
628221448977
628221448960
628221448953

The recall was triggered because the fusing liner on the pyjama top may detach from the back of the applique, while still remaining attached to the side seams. This can create a loop within the garment in which the child’s head and neck may get stuck between the lining and the neck opening.
Approximately 4852 of the recalled products were sold in Canada at Costco Warehouses in November 2016. What should you do"
If you own the recalled pyjama set, stop using it immediately and either return it to the place of purchase for a full refund, or remove the fusing liner as per the instructions in the following photo:
