Dorel Juvenile Canada has recalled six models of their single and double-occupant swivel wheel jogging strollers because the front wheel can become loose and detach, posing crash and fall hazards. The following products are affected:

Approximately 12,360 units of the recalled strollers were sold in retail stores across Canada between January 2010 to April 2016.

Although neither Dorel Juvenile Canada nor Health Canada has received any consumer reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these strollers, Pacific Cycle in the U.S. has received 132 reports of the front wheel becoming loose or unstable, resulting in 215 injuries.
What should you do"
If you have one of the affected products, stop using it immediately and contact Pacific Cycle to obtain a free repair kit. The repair kit includes a replacement mechanism for securing the front wheel. Do not return the strollers to the retailer where they were purchased. To obtain a free repair kit, you can contact Pacific Cycle by phone at 1-877-564-2261 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST or by email.
