Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and phil & teds USA Inc. have issued a joint recall on select V5 Dash strollers due to a pinching hazard. The recalled strollers have a serial number within the range: PTRV0715/0746 to PTRV0815/2525.

The pinching hazard is due to the hinge that’s used to fold the stroller, which can become damaged during repeated opening and closing. Although there have been no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product in Canada, phil & teds USA Inc. has received one report of an incident involving the hinge separating in the United States, with no injuries reported.
Approximately 244 units of the recalled products were sold in Canada, and 630 units in the United States. The recalled products were sold between October 2015 to May 2016 in Canada and from August 2015 to April 2016 in the United States. What should you do"
If you own the recalled stroller, you should stop using it immediately and contact phil & teds to receive a free repair kit.
