With over 25 years of collective experience of teaching and running swimming companies, Christian and Chris believe that swimming is one of the most fundamental life skills and that children should acquire it as soon as possible.
Swimming is beneficial on many levels, health-wise and socially, but the most important benefit is that it saves lives. That?s why it is the mission of Sports Generation to turn its pupils into strong and confident swimmers with excellent technique at the earliest possible age.

Sports Generation offers shared private and small group swimming lessons to children aged from 3 months, ensuring that children receive maximum benefit from each lesson, optimising learning potential and coach attention. Lessons are currently taught to over 1,200 children at prestigious health clubs and private residences in Chiswick, Bloomsbury, Richmond, Wimbledon, Esher and Hook (Hampshire) by highly-experienced and fully-qualified teachers who have a passion for teaching both swimming and children. All coaches follow The SG Swim Programme, whilst simultaneously ensuring that lessons are both safe and productive by running them in line with the National Teaching Plan.
