The Big Feastival is a summer festival combining top-class food with live music from your favourite bands on Alex James? Farm in Kingham. This is a festival with a heart, where funds are raised for the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation which focuses on teaching essential food skills to help people make better food choices for a healthier life.

2. Foodies Festival, Edinburgh, 5th-7th August, Harrogate, 19th-21st August
A series of three-day food festivals celebrates fine food and drink, attracts 300,000 foodies visitors across the series, including high profile chefs, restauranteurs, industry food and drink buyers and professionals.

 3. Tatton Park Gardens, Knutsford, Cheshire
The 50 acres of gardens at Tatton have been developing for over 200 years with each successive owner of Tatton playing their part in its evolution. Lewis William Wyatt and Joseph Paxton, architect of Crystal Palace, designed various aspects. Today it is an almost complete picture of how the gardens existed in Edwardian times with wonderful and varied features including stunning formal gardens, productive kitchen gardens and glass houses and an extensive arboretum.
