The designer will cater for women, children and babies, as she collaborates with US retailer Target
It’s the news we’ve all been waiting for ? Victoria Beckham will finally be bringing her coveted designs to the high street, except this time, it’s with the addition of ready-to-wear apparel and accessories for young girls, toddlers and babies.
The limited-edition range of more than 200 pieces takes its inspiration from her Victoria, Victoria Beckham line, with the designer commenting to The Business of Fashion that childrenswear “may well be the next category that I really go in to, who knows"” She adds, “Kids is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.” She also revealed that it will be a joyful collection, filled with bold prints: “It’s quite girly, fun, happy… it’s the fun side of me.” The range launches on 9 April until 30 April 2017, with a more accessible price point that’s sure to appeal to families ? with apparel priced between $6 and $70 (with the majority below $40). For us fans across the pond, not only will Target offer pricing in pound sterling, but Victoria has selected key pieces from the range to sell on her eponymous website, too.
