1. Structuring revision time
Help your child revise by creating a revision timetable that works for them. This is essential, but also relatively simple ? we always recommend breaking up revision into smaller and more manageable chunks of work. Â

Encourage your child to take time away from revision every day, prioritise time for exercise and other fun activities, and encourage them to meet up with friends, as well as find time for themselves to relax. 2.
