Swimmer James Guy, 28, is representing Team GB alongside Old Millfieldians Kieran Bird (GB), Mia Phiri (Zambia), Max McCusker (Ireland) and Emma Harvey (Bermuda) will be joined in Paris by Millfield Performance coach Ryan Livingstone (GB). Rowers Helen Glover, Rory Gibbs and Annie Campbell-Orde have all been selected for Team GB, while Erica Hawley will represent Bermuda in Triathlon. Bradford Grammar School

Emile Cairess, 26, is a distinguished British long-distance runner and alumnus of Bradford Grammar School (BGS). Cairess began running at age four with his mother in Saltaire, near Bradford, West Yorkshire, and honed his skills during his school years, competing in cross-country and track events. His dedication paid off when he won a bronze medal in the 10,000 metres at the 2019 European Under-23 Championships and silver at the 2022 European Cross Country Championships.
